For those who are curious, this blog was named after a stray brown dog which I had met some time back.  It has since disappeared…

Fare thee well, friend.

Fare thee well, friend.

I dedicate this blog to stray dogs.  Please be nice to stray dogs…

  1. Hey Defennder, I came across your blog to read about politics but then I noticed that you dedicated your blog to this dog.. It’s really touching and the dog is very cute.

I hope its in a happy place now and that it can find food.. and that it’s not “put to rest” because its a stray.

  2. Hi Seelan,

Thanks for stopping by. I never thought my blog would get much readership. I can only hope that the dog is safe and not because it’s been put to sleep by the AVA or something. I would have adopted it myself if weren’t for the objections of my family.

You have a rather interesting blog yourself and I’ve heard about you from some news reports. I do appreciate how you’ve stood up for those Burmese nationals, as well your fast for the Hindraf 5.

    Take care and be well!
